FirstInQ™

Privacy Policy

FirstInQ™ helps barbershops manage walk-in queues, kiosk check-in, TV queue displays, and customer notifications. This policy explains the information we process for those services.

Information We Collect

We may collect customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, queue activity, check-in timestamps, appointment or service notes, consent choices, and related shop account information needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate walk-in queues, display queue status, send customer queue notifications, maintain consent records, support barbershop accounts, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Messaging and Consent

Transactional SMS queue update opt-in is checked by default on the check-in page. FirstInQ™ does not use SMS for marketing or promotional messages. Email marketing promotions are separate, optional choices that are unchecked by default. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share customer information with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or independent use. Customer information is used only to provide FirstInQ™ services for the participating barbershop.

Limited service providers that support FirstInQ™, such as hosting, communications, analytics, and support providers, may process customer information only on our behalf and only as needed to operate the service. They are not permitted to use customer information for their own purposes.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the FirstInQ™ team through the support or account contact provided by your participating barbershop.
