Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of FirstInQ™, a SaaS platform for barbershop walk-in queue management, check-in kiosks, TV queue displays, and customer notifications.
Use of the Service
FirstInQ™ is intended for participating shops and their customers to manage walk-in queues and related communications. Users must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Customer Messaging
Transactional SMS queue update opt-in is checked by default on the check-in page. FirstInQ™ does not send SMS marketing or promotional messages. Email marketing promotions are unchecked by default and require separate optional consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help.
Barbershop Responsibilities
Shops are responsible for using FirstInQ™ in compliance with applicable laws, honoring customer consent choices, keeping account access secure, and ensuring that any email marketing campaigns are sent only to customers who have opted in.
Availability
We work to keep FirstInQ™ available and reliable, but service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider issues, network conditions, or events outside our control.
Prohibited Use
Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use FirstInQ™ to violate the rights of others.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FirstInQ™ after changes are posted means the updated terms apply.
